I do not use toilet paper that often, I like to wipes whenever I poop. Calmospetine Cream is God's gift!! Seriously lol, the best thing I have ever used. Gets rid of the itch too!!! When I am in the shower, I wash my butthole with my hands with Ajax dish soap is a dish soap degreaser and it cleans the bacteria excellently!! Drinking EXTRA water helps a lot with butt burn too.
A lot of people have a Bidet but I am too cheap to buy one haha!
You can buy plastic hand-held bidet’s on Amazon as opposed to getting an actual bidet installed in your bathroom. I have one for my backpack and one in each bathroom. You just need to fill it with water and spray away, it’s great. Saves on toilet roll too as I have a towel in each bathroom I dry with after.
Also I use bepanthen to prevent butt burn and I use zinc oxide to treat butt burn. As for weights, I’d say slowly build up your abs before you do anything else, once that’s stronger you should be ok. I’m only 2 and a half months post op and around week 6 I gradually started doing isometric abdominal exercises first off, it’s still a work in progress for me too,
good luck
