I drink tap water that I put through the Brita filter. Keep in mind tap water- at least where I’m from- has fluoride, which is good for your teeth. My parents have a well and they babysit for my daughter three days a week. I actually bottle up our filtered Brita water into a gallon jug and bring it to their house so she can drink our local water - even though they are just a town over. The reason being is she’s only 2.5 and she needs the fluoride for her teeth (so the dentist tells me). I’m sure it’s different depending on your age and where you live (some of you say it’s horrible where you’re from). Just food for thought

I also reach for electrolyte rich drinks, especially when I’m playing my sport and when it’s hot outside. I really do not like Pedialyte, but I do agree that Gatorade has too much sugar sometimes. I often dilute gatorade with water to reduce the sugar intake but still get the some electrolytes. I personally do a 1:3 ratio (gatorade to water) and sip on that throughout the day. Might not be your cup of tea, but just a suggestion that ended up being really helpful (incase you don’t like Pedialyte)
