Hope everyone is doing well. I'm like 16 weeks out after take down. Been doing well for the most part, but the last week or so I have had a lot of pain in my body. I've been trying to constantly stay hydrated but I think some of the pain I am experiencing is from being dehydrated. I do some pretty serious physical work in shaping and hammering the metal, but lately I have been in so much pain as well as a ton of stress. I've had my bowl movements go back up to like 9-10 a day and have had diarrhea pretty good the last week. Last Friday I went in for a scan on my liver and had to drink that bariam junk, then they gave me a dye injection when they did the scan. Seems after that, the diarrhea really started too. I know dehydration is a huge problem for us pouchers. Did you ever experience major dehydration and have similar major aches and pains when it happened? I'm trying to figure this out as it hasn't happened really until now that I'm in pain, full body pain for the most part.  I also take this product called hydrolite, that is really good stuff to keep hydrated, and got off the gatorade because of the huge sugar content. So I'm not sure what is going on. Thanks.

Definitely!!! When I am dehydrated, I often get aches, mainly headaches though.

Everytime you go to the bathroom, drink water. And drink water before, during, and after every meal.

Drink water overnight when you poop overnight as well.

All of that helps me.

Salt in water helps too. And fruit juices helps.

Thank you Lauren. I made sure to hydrate the heck out of my self to day and feel a lot better. It was dehydration and a few things I needed to take out of my diet too. Thanks.
