I’ve had some bad bouts of Pouchitus the last few years. One landed me in hospital with Sepsis. It’s been learned that I have failed pouch (30 years). But it’s still elective and even if I decided to do it, Covid restrictions are in the way. I’ve been doing very well though through diet and use of Visbiome. Also using a dilator for a stricture. Over a week ago, I got pouchitis-y feeling.  The dr had advised me in the past to go to clear liquids and double the probiotics for about a week. I did, and thought I was doing good. But the last 2 times I tried to eat food again (just light soup) my stomach feels swollen and my temp shoots up to about 102.  I can Tylenol it down. Would going to antibiotics sound like the next step?
