Have any j-pouchers who have taken Creatine had any issues with it? Since Creatine interacts with water in the body I'm guessing one would want to increase fluid intake to prevent dehydration? I've read where, in addition to being beneficial while working out, it also has some congnitive/ brain function benefits. I'm thinking about using Creatine and welcome any comments about it.
