Hello, im 10 years post jpouch.
I have been feeling bloated, full in my stomach for over a week now, no pain no change in bowel habits, i dont really feel hunger when i dont eat. Ive had this before but it usually goes away in a day or two. Did anyone experience this before? Any tips ? Thank you

One possibility could be a mild partial blockage - enough to feel it but not experience the nastier symptoms of a more substantial obstruction.
What do i do?, i havent eaten for almost 24hrs still feel the same, just drinking water.
I have been bloated for 11 years and had every test done under the sun, it may just be how it is.
