1. Do not overeat as much as you can, always have some form of a limit.

2. Drink water: Before, during, and after every meal : think about like layering a cake with icing, and putting icing in between each layer of cake until you get to the top, everything is better right?  Or putting a little bit of popcorn in a bag and layering up with butter and then popcorn until you reach the top,  everything come outs better right?

3. Move around as much as you can, keeps things moving in the digestive tract

4. Keeping hydrated

5. Chocolate makes you go

6. Fibrous foods are a life-saver and is awesome mixed with the water technique mentioned above

7. Chew Chew Chew Chew Chew Chew

8. Eat slowly, its not a race

I would add not overdoing it with bowel slowing meds like loperamide during day.

During meals and about one hour afterwards I would only drink little, because otherwise you thin down your digestive juices worsening digestion.

Some fibres like long, undigestible ones from asparagus or others like corn husk were told me to avoid them after my surgery, when I had a stoma. They can cause blockages. On the other side psyllium husk or other vegetable fibre may be beneficial in both directions (against constipation and diarrhea).
