Has anyone had a jpouch enema with dye and the ct scan? If so what was the outcome? I’m having narrowing of my anal canal and will be getting dilation in a few weeks. If that doesn’t help I have to have the ct scan to see if the pouch is contracting like it’s supposed to or falling loosely. I fear if it’s falling this means jpouch failure. Is it possibly to have the IPAA surgery again or if it’s just better to have the ileostony.???

Pouches can definitely be made again, depending on the cause of the first pouch’s failure. It sounds, though, like you might just have a simple stricture. These can be a significant nuisance, and sometimes repeated dilations are needed, but they don’t generally require a pouch re-do.
J pouch redos are definitely possible but it depends on the situation of course, i do not know your exact situation but never lose hope. I hope everything will work out and please keep us updated
