I am sorry you are going through this! I have a few tips I personally follow when it comes to medicine. Everyone is different of course but here are just some tips I like to do:

Read the instructions, every bit and crumble! Wash hands or disinfect hands

1. Having a positive attitude before hand, keep all thoughts positive.

2. Give full undivided attention to the task at hand. No tv, no music, no anything. No distractions.

3. Plan ahead and get everything you need all in one spot and keep everything close by.

Side effects: Just about all meds have side effects, I would try to keep my focus on getting better and keeping my fears at a minimum.  I would definitely say watch for rashes. And watch how you feel.

4. Have faith in yourself, you can do this

These are  just my personal regimen that I like to follow, I hope these things help you too.

Awe I love this ! You saying this kinda just kicked me in the ... pardon my French... ass lol I've noticed I've been feeling a bit sorry for my self and in a sense kinda negative. But your absolutely right that is what I need to do. This all just came as a shock even though the doctors warned me. Lol just never seems to end. But thankyou for the kind kick in the butt! I needed to hear that. I'll be starting the meds next week after financing hopefully goes through 😁

I know sometimes life is not fair but its definitely better to accept the things you cannot change and to focus on the things you can change, I find that to be less stressful! Lol!

Thankyou! I'm glad someone does ! Haha jk doing my best. My new thought process "is why not me " better me than someone else.

You are welcome my dear!!! Whenever I get depressed, I think about the things I am grateful for, that always picks me up whenever I am down, I think that might help you too with every bad memory, replace it with a good memory or good thoughts and grateful things
