I did not eat anything special but I did make up for it the past couple of days! Lol. French fries and pizza!!! YESSSSSUHHHH!!!!

Shredded pork shoulder sliders with coleslaw

Onion dip from scratch

large pan of Mac n cheese with turkey kielbasa

home made ceviche with shrimp, fake crab, and seared ahi tuna

it was all wonderful and even had me a beer

I see your a foodie too! Lol I remember you telling me that lol.

How did your pouch handle the beer???

It went much better this time....last time not so good....I have only had 2 beers since July and the first time was so bad I was scared to try.....but it was ok and tasted great

I have not drank since my J-pouch surgery, I do not plan on it either. Only special stuff goes inside Emmie
