I use generic form of Desitin and it works well for me unless I’m burning. Then I use calmoseptine. However, with the diaper rash cream it not only gets on my boxers it goes thru to my pants. I mainly wear dress slacks at work. The cream will show a white spot after a while of sitting and moving around that is visible to others. Needless to say I’d like to find a solution. Specific boxers? Boxer modification? Diff cream? I’ve lived with this for 15 yrs. and it’s embarrassing.

hi,
to the avoid the issue of the desitin cream staining through your pants penetrating from your underwear maybe try a sanitary pad/maxi liner type thing. even though its designed for a woman, no one will know its in your underwear ultimately but you. You could also try cutting up clothes from old cloth material like clothing/rags you dont need and see if that helps yoru dilemma of staining.
I, like yourself use desitin & calmoseptine and usually its a non issue and things wash off no matter how pronounced when the underwear are washed in the washing machine. I'm for the realief desitin provides from the anal itching and the cooling effect calmoseptine provides over the side effects of either cream staining my boxers/drawers. Really, I will say who cares in respect to the staining. Just appreciate the relief either/both creams bring. Just my thoughts/opinion.

100% agree!!!!!!!!!!!
If you switch from boxers to briefs you could easily use a liner.
A liner is my recommendation too. Ordering it online is anonymous - so nice. I have worn one for years as my ointment goes through as well.
Target will deliver. Always extra long = very good. 60/about $5.
This was very helpful. Thank you all for the help!!
