Hi Lauren , thanks . The title was just how my life has felt at times over the last few years. The cover art was just an image from shutterstock , I wanted something that was striking and relevant to the content in the book . It’s something I have been thinking about writing for a while , but after my recent surgery 10 weeks ago I felt the time was right . Also helps being off work and having the time to do it .

Your welcome I totally understand! Having UC which is IBD and a Autoimmune disease is definitely not fun. The cover art matches everything perfectly!

Do you think you might want to write a sequel on how life is with a J-pouch after some time???

@Former Member do you take Imodium (loperamide) daily ?

I did in my early takedown days; early 2015. After a while, it started to clog me up really badly. I have not taken it in 5 years. I wish I could take it but its definitely not for me anymore. I go 13-20X a day so I meant to do that lol.

How about you? Do you take it?
