Hi, LindaC. You have the beginning of fissures. They look like cuts in the skin around the peri area. I had them after my takedown due to constant bowel movements. What healed my sore skin was using a sitz basin filled with very, very warm water (as hot as you can tolerate). Sit in the water until the water cools. Dry thoroughly and apply a cream you get from your doctor, maybe you can get a prescription over the phone if you aren't allowed an office visit during lockdown. The cream I was prescribed started with "L", lido-something, I'm sorry I can't recall the name. Sitz basins are sold in drugstores or health equipment stores, or on Amazon, around $12. Very easy to use. It fits directly over your toilet (put the seat up, pop sitz basin in, fill with water, sit, read a book)
You use very warm water because it encourages blood circulation to the peri area, encouraging healing from the inside. You can also buy a plastic bidet bottle, or buy an inexpensive bidet attachment for your toilet, to spray very warm water after every BM to clean the area, dry carefully, apply cream. The idea is to expose the area to warm water for circulation. Make sure you dry very thoroughly because you don't put any cream on damp peri anal skin -- that can cause fungus. It sounds like you caught it early, before you have the feeling of pushing out pieces of rusty razor blades! Mine healed very quickly, 10 days using these methods, four years ago, no problems since then. Good luck.
