Stelara and Methotrexate treatment for pouchitis

I have been taking Stelara every 4 weeks and Methotrexate once a week for over a year. I finally found a treatment that is working. Has anyone had a sustained remission with this type of treatment.

Remicade and Methotrexate worked for me, although I was gradually weaned off Methotrexate because it elevated my liver chemistries after being on it for a while. What’s your weekly dosage of Methotrexate? Are you keeping an eye on your blood labs?

I take 12.5 mg every Friday. A low dose. I get my labs done every 3 months. My last lab I had my best results in 6 years.
