Hi Guys, have had Jpouch surgery 15 years all was well, but have been getting ulcers in my mouth again havent had them since then,
few questions
1.I wonder could it be food allergy ?, (gluten, dairy etc) or deficiency, my energy has been alittle low also
2,also I am taking psylium husks, fibre in natural state not capsules, could this be affecting my absorbtion ?
3. any ideas on reducing nightime visits ?

Aphthous ulcers are quite common for folks with IBD. Hopefully yours will disappear mysteriously and leave you alone.
I don’t think the psyllium will have a big effect on absorption - it doesn’t carry the warnings about that that (for example) cholestyramine does. I wouldn’t wash down medicine with it, though.
Nighttime bathroom visit have been discussed here a lot. The “Advanced search” feature on this site should make it pretty easy to track some of those discussions down.
Hi I have those but not only in my mouth but my lip (where the mucosa still is) and my female parts (non STD) it's quite debilitating
