Hi all. Hey has anyone found a better source of electrolytes without the sugar than G2. It has 12 grams per 20 oz. bottle. Everything I've looked at has more sugar. I'm not really interested in the sugar free, as it has artificial sweeteners that our j pouches for the most part just don't like.

I'm really happy with SaltStick. There's a recent thread about electrolytes called "Potassium Supplementation" (I can't figure out how to copy the url) that talks about several options.
Original Pedialyte, my doc recommended. I find it’s been doing the job better than anything else I’ve tried.
Here’s the recent thread discussing this:
Look in your local pharmacy and they should have options like YTCrockpot mentioned as well as other ment for adults, they don't taste great but do the job.
I like lyteshow. Haven't had leg cramps since and I've always had leg cramps since colectomy.
Thanks guys you've given me some new things to try. Scott I will check out the thread also, thanks.

I had a recent long road trip Florida to CT and Gatorade Zero served me well!!! And it tastes just like regular sugared Gatorade. It rocks! I was hydration city and filled with energy and drove through all those states. Now in quarantine pending Covid test results!!!!
What about drip drop or liquid iv?
Everything mentioned above is pretty good. I heard recently that V8 juice is good for hydration. I like to eat cereal since it is normally packed with electrolytes. Ensure and Boost drinks are good too.
I've recently tried g zero, it is really good.
