I have an ileostomy and had a pill cam placed in my intestine 10 days ago. Xray has shown that it is still in there! I have taken another bowel prep in the hope that it will push it along. Fingers crossed, as I can't have anymore surgeries due to my propensity for fistulas post op.
Any advice to get this out naturally? Diet? Yoga poses?!!

Can they tell where it’s stuck, exactly? Is it close enough to the stoma for an ileoscope to reach?

No luck with the prep last night. CT scan ordered for next week to locate it and see if it can be retrieved with a scope.
Wondering if anyone had success with diet to encourage it to move out?...!!!
Not the same situation but the solution for my situation may help you. Years ago I had a small bowel obstruction due to my small intestine twisting on itself. My colorectal surgeon admitted me to the hospital and each time he visited he placed his hands on my abdomen and gave me an extremely painful massage for several minutes each time. In about three days my small intestine had untwisted itself and my obstruction was resolved. So.....it might be worth it to firmly massage the area where the camera is stuck to see if that helps it move along. Ask your surgeon if this is okay to do. Best wishes!
Several years ago I did one of the capsule studies. I kept telling surgeon that i never passed it. He said I must have just not noticed it. Well several months later I ended up having to have another of many scar adhesion surgeries and this one also involved a resection. The first thing the doctor told me after surgery was "oh and by the way that pill was still in there" lol So I have never done another one of those camera studies!
