How long before you give up on Humira?

How often are they doing scopes to monitor improvement? My doctor is completing them every 4 months to monitor healing of some ulcers. Might be worth asking your doctor what he’s looking at to determine whether a change is needed. I’ve been on Humira every week for about 8 months - and healing is slow so he added Imuran to my collection of meds. 

They just did scope an there is still a lot of inflammation and his symptoms are not improving any.  Dr said that by now he should be seeing some improvement.  He is doing weekly shots as well.  Moving on to Entyvio.

Sounds like it may be time to move forward with something else. I’m sorry you’re going through all this. It shows how unique our bodies are even if we all have or had a pouch.
