yeah theres quite a few on here that do. Many do as they say it affects them badly though.
First off, do you mean Juicing or smoothie making (blending). The juice is basically sugary by-product of a fruit with fewer vitamins and minerals. It can be helpful to monitor our sugar intake as pouchers as high sugar can cause problems.
Personally i make hot smoothies (aka soups lol) from veg as less sugar and more goodness. I believe the resultant sludge has an anti inflammatory affect in the bowel too. i do ok on this, but i do have noticeably more cramping and higher volume/frequency. Veg pulp is the opposite of low residue which many aim for, so the pouch will fill as you have more volume to process, the fibre in the pulp will make the digestive tract twitch and move the food through faster
I dont get any bleeding or any harsh reactions, the extra vists are genuinely becuase my pouch is full, so i live with the side affect for the sake of taking in the nutrition with a view of staying healthier for long..... just my approach....cant guarantee it will work, but it makes sense to me. As mentioned in another post, just because i now have a Jpouch, my nutritional requirements haven't really changed.
I try to take my veg in bulk over 4 days (the weekend) and have 3 days where i eat normally (still includes fruit and veg, just not in one sitting). the benefit of blending is you dont have to chew :-) im not very good at that.
It would be worth cooking any veg before blending though, seems to make it a lot easier to digest
