hi all, hope your all doing well, I really wanted some help, I'm so so scared, I had takedown about 18months ago and it's been problem after problem, and now the latest problem is gas coming from the vagina, i felt bubbles coming from the vagina very soon after the surgery to be honest I thought I even felt them before he surgery so I thought nothing of it, but as of about 2 weeks ago I've had extreme gas in my tummy the pressure builds and builds and then comes out from the vagina, with some discharge when I wipe, sorry tmi I know but I'm just so worried I haven't had any stool pass touchwood, one day I did think the discharge was tinted brown, and I've had bleeding from the vagina also, does an rv fistula always get really bad? Or can I just stay steady and gas is all that will pass? Do you have to have surgery or a seton? I can cope with how it is if I have to I guess, also we wanted to try for a baby somewhere down the line does the fistula get worse in pregnancy? I would have a c section because my consultant won't let me deliver naturally because of damage to the pouch, but does carrying a baby make the fistula worse in any way? Any advice or help would be so helpful I'm so scared I just don't know what to do, I had a defecating pouchogram a few days ago, and they found I can't empty my pouch properly but they didn't see any obvious fistulas
thanks for reading everyone
