I have had my jpouch since April 2015 and doing pretty good. Just after Thanksgiving I started noticing a bit of water drainage and some wafts of air pass from the vaginal area. Then I noticed what appeared to be stool I was wiping from the vaginal area (it looked the same as the BM). I first went to my GI and he did an exam along with a scope. He said he could find any evidence of hole/fistula. He treated as yeast infection and gave me a pill. After 5 days I still having issue. I forget to mention I only have the stool looking stuff when I start to have the urges to go and then shortly after I have the BM. I can go all day usually without a line, but in the evening is when my pouch normally wants to empty. 

I then went to my GYN for an exam and she said she could see any hole/fistula and no bacteria and said 'it' looked clean as a whistle (WTF). I even showed some pictures of what I was wiping from the vag area!

Next step, the GI dr. ordered a berium enema. They called last Friday with the result, which was 'No evidence of hole/fistula'. But, i know this is not right, but I feel like I am getting the big blow off from GI dr. as well as the GYN. I have been reading online and I seen mention that this test can miss a hole if it is not large enough. I am not sure what to do at this point. If anyone has experienced anything similar or can offer advice I would be greatly appreciate it. This site has gotten through the last year 1/2.
