Hello, Dee2015. Eat good fats by cooking with extra virgin olive oil, but just low to medium heat cooking, not high heat cooking such as sautéing because olive oil can't withstand high heat. Drizzle EV olive oil on vegetables (if and when you can tolerate vegetables). Toasted sesame oil adds flavour to any food and is a good fat. Avocado is a good fat, and spread on toast and topped with poached or scrambled egg will give you protein. Pasta with pesto sauce! Add some roast or baked chicken for protein. Any nut butter, but buy the organic kind that is made of roasted nuts only, without added salt, sugar, preservatives. Pancakes with 100% pure maple syrup.
