Hi Everyone, I have just experienced a major flare up of painful sacroilitis, on narcotics for pain and i can barely walk. I know i shouldn't but i was so desperate i took Celebrex 200mg, i have experienced bleeding and pouchitis in the past from NSAIDS but that was over months. Does anyone know if i could get away with taking Celebrex once a day for a week? Is this a stupid idea or can i get away with it?

You're likely to get away with it, I think. NSAIDS tend to cause pouch trouble over months and years, not generally in a week.
