Sorry for the graphic pictures but I need to know.

First picture with slight protrusion just before bm.

Second picture more protrusion just after bm. Is this a prolapse or just hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoid.

Looks like hemmorhoid to me too. Not very big one either. Still can hurt a lot.

What does your doc say?

It couldn't be a parianal abcess I have one as I type LOL.  Anyway try a warm sit batz for 10-15 3 times a day and if it is a parianal abcess it may drain on its own or just go to the ER 

I'm seeing my rectal surgeon tomorrow. I hope to just show her the pictures because it's hard to get it to protrude without emptying my bowels. That would be quite awkward. If it's rhemorrhoids what's the best fix and if it's an abscess what's the best fix?

It it doesn't drain on its own with the sit batz then they'll do a tint incision to drain then clean out what's causing it I watch videos on YouTube the little graphic  but at least you get to see how its performed 

If it was a perianal abscess, I don't think it would protrude more or less with a BM. It also would be painful all the time. Sitz baths help hemorrhoids and an abscess. Whatever you can do to reduce staining helps with hemorrhoids. Tweaking your consistency, thickening and slowing diarrhea, bit not to the point of making it difficult to empty.
