I am pooping every 2 hours, around the clock!! my diet consists of:
breakfast: half bagel w/cream cheese, yogurt with half teaspoon psyllium
snack: half bagel with almond butter
lunch: tuna fish sandwich (just tuna + white bread)
snack: scoop of vanilla ice cream
dinner (7pm): white fish and some sweet potato
meds: none, just align probiotic 1x/day
**note: poops are like small droppings, sometimes difficult to pass
-anyone have any suggestions?
-should I change or expand my diet?
-is it normal to poop 20x/day at this stage?
-will it settle down?
i am genuinely hungry and also trying to gain a few lbs, but losing sleep and getting very frustrated with all the poopage!
