I had my first endoscopy yesterday ( 7.5 months since take down)  i thought i would of needed dilation but after waking up my gastroentologist told me that all was fine but the pouch was a "bit inflamatory" .She has not given me any antibiotics yet and is awaiting the results of th biopsies to see the level of inflamation. however i had and continue to have many mre bms sicne yesterday .Is this normal( evening was at least 8 times) ?

Yes, scoping can cause an uptick in inflammation/sensitivity. You should be back to your baseline in a few days. I am not sure what the point is in waiting for the pathology report in order to treat pouchitis. Granted, ALL pouches have a minor level of inflammation, but the doc should be able to discern that from pouchitis before the path report comes in. For example, I had a lot of inflammation on scope. The path report just ruled out any dysplasia and noted that it was chronic inflammation.
