Hi everyone, I've been reading some of the most recent articles about the link between gut bacteria and IBS and it's possible connection to our emotional well-being. I am trying to maintain remission of Crohn's since January, so I'm looking for any little bit of help. Has/does anyone work regularly with a nutritionist to help with IBS? It's been a very difficult emotional time, mainly the fear of relapsing. It seems as though it completely consumes my thoughts. I've also considered some kind of therapy, eventhough I'm not a big believer. Has/does anyone turned to a professional for help? Thanks so much.
