Ok so I had a pouchoscopy and found some micro ulcerations all over the pouch, to which I associate my chronic bleeding (just some bits) since a bad episode of poichitis one year (with huge bleeding).
It seems the ulcerations cant clear taking ciproxin pills for two weeks... I feel anxious because, although I feel very well and am having my life back, it's quite alarming this almos costant bleeding at the finish of the bms plus the pouchitis they saw.
I'm anxious because i dont want to worsen to the point I can fully live.... what to do....

A few questions. Are you sure you do not have both cuffitis AND pouchitis. Bleeding at the end of a BM would be consistent with cuffitis and antibiotics don't work for that too well (mesalamine or hydrocortisone suppositories are usually prescribed). Also, why aren't you taking Flayl or Cipro, the usual pouchitis antibiotics. With the amount of bleeding you describe, I would worry about a C. diff infection. Have you been tested?
