Going to play golf tomorrow morning anyone ever eat marshmallows to slow down output or will it block you up?

For me they slow down the insides and I have not got blocked up by them. They are a great sweet tooth craving reliever too!

Marshmallows worked ok for me, so did cooked apple sauce and jelly beans, suppose it is trial and error to find out what works best for you

Yes it worked for me when I had ileostomy. When I would change ileostomy bag it would slow everything down. I never thought to try it after my j-pouch surgery. I will try it again. I will let you know if it works

I ate some marshmallow three musketeers and noticed a slowdown.
Marshmellows did not work for me, but my gastroenterologist tells me that it works for a lot of his patients.
anything with caramel in it slows me down, or taffy. a single starburst was insane.
