If money is no object I recommend a Toto Washlet. At the high end, the s300e model has a feature that sprays the inside of the bowl as you walk up to it, which keeps poop from sticking to it. I really like that feature. This is a real extravagance, but nothing is too good for my bottom, and the savings in TP will pay for it in a thosand years or so. I bought it on Amazon. Like all of the heated water bidets, it requires a dedicated outlet nearby.

There's a more expensive model that also raises the lid for you as you approach the toilet. That was over the top for me.

The CoCo bidet works great for me. It's actually just a toilet seat with all the bidet features built into it so you don't need to install a second unit a separate unit/space...it simply works with your current toilet. Many different functions/pressures/warm water available and fairly easy to plumb up with your existing plumbing... I looked at lots of options and this is the one that worked for me...Was about $300 but well worth it!

I also second the CoCo.  I bought one that was $295, been using it for 3.5 years now.  It's kinda hard to clean under it without removing the whole thing, but i've gotten used to that. I have the heated seat model which is lovely in the winter.  I've used a cheaper one, that was just an additive to the back of the toliet seat, no heated water, but it was still heaven when I was on vacation and away from my CoCo.  It was either a Luxe or an Astor.  both of which are on amazon for $30-$50.

wow, everyone has those expensive coco and totos... i have a 65.00 Neo 320 that i bought off of amazon, has cold and hot water. you just plumb the cold water line like you do all bidets then it supplies the materials needed to run another smaller line to the hot water off your sink. depending on the location of your toilet and sink it may not work if they are say across from each other, but my toilet is 3 feet to the left of my sink and the line is hidden nicely behind cabinet.
