Hey guys
Im not a regular on here but i would really appreciate your help
last month i had this and it has returns, i think it is haemorrhoids, well i HOPE.

Basicly, it starts off, i need to go more often, then i get a bit crampy, then i will pass a clump of blood and some mucus then i starts getting better.
Well that is what happened last time, atm i just passed the clump but its only a few weeks later so im quite worried this could be something more than just haemorrhoids.

Have you guys ever experienced this or have any idea if i am right or not?

Thanks for your time

First, remember that you don't know if you have cuffitis. There's no benefit in gravitating to the worst/best/first idea somebody spouts. It's easy for a knowledgable doc to identify. The ones who don't know pouches will never have heard of it.

Cuffitis can vary from trivial to extremely troublesome, from occasional to constant. It's basically UC in the little bit of rectum left behind (the "rectal cuff") during the usual surgical technique.
