Good Morning all fellow j-pouchers. Today marks my 2 yr anniversary of colon removal and j-pouch creation. I have gotten used to my new "normal". Saw surgeon on Friday, got a good report. Don't go back to see him for one year and then I will get a pouch scope. Had one a year ago when I was having issues. I take my VSL#3DS every day, still stay away from foods that I know will cause me grief and BB. Have what I call little "flares" every now and then but all in all I think I am doing well. I still go to the bathroom aprox. 10 times a day, maybe one day I will be the 4-6er some people are. I want to thank everyone on here who helped me get thru this surgery and recovery. This the j-pouch site was a life saver for me and I know others as well. Happy Pre-Valentines Day to all.
