I'm worried I might have pouchitis. My stomach hurt so bad yesterday, a little today and have no idea what could have caused it. I never get stomach aches. Then last night and today I've had some seriously acidic watery, frequent bm's. I'm hoping its just a bug but not sure. Does this sound like pouchitis? I'm wondering what tests are needed to diagnose? I have to go to a walk in clinic tomorrow so just want to know so I don't take antibiotics unnecessarily.

Could be pouchitis, but really not enough info to tell. Could just be a virus.
