is it only supposed to hurt/burn on the outside/skin area?

i feel like most of the time when i get what im thinking is butt burn, it feels like its more on the inside...how would one take care of this?

i also feel like when i get this, i have spasms in the area, and abdomen...

i dont interpret it to be pouchitis/cuffitis symptoms because ill have a couple days in a row that this happens, and then ill have days where it doesnt at all, adn i have no symptoms.

this is definitely bothersome, because i dont feel like i can get relief on the inside area...grrrrrrrr

When get burning, it almost always tends to be more in the inside. I literally apply the cream right inside. A dab on your finger and... well, you get the rest. Smiler

As for the spasms, they may be unrelated to the burn. Spasms are normal in the first few weeks/months post takedown. They can be quite painful. You should mention this to your doctor; perhaps you can be prescribed an antispasmodic.
