Much of my motivation for the pouch at 71 was for social life. It may seem crazy but with my time in life I hoped still for a chance I also encountered remarkable woman. Since it had been years I was unable to achieve erection or release. On a regiment of ciasis and it seems to work Wonder if that reacts with current digestive or hormone What have others found works for them Does taking herbal options react with JPOUCH any advise appreciated

I don't can't see any particular problem with J-pouchers using ED medication (Cialis, Viagra, etc.). Have fun!

I have used Viagra regularly for a number of years and found that ¼ of a 100 mg tablet does the job and I have had no side effects. I did not find Cialis to be that effective for me. I wish you the best with your social life.

I have used half a 20 mg pill of Cialis for quite some time and it is highly effective. Viagra and Levitra both gave me headaches.
