sinus tract debridement surgery

i had my s-pouch constructed 11/13 have had this sinus tract since so can't have takedown had barium enema last week and still there but has decreased in size since 8/14 any advice on what to do know do i wait another 3-6 months and have it checked again or is there any other options? thanks

i am in the same boat, but with my j pouch.

i am having a scan next week to see if it has closed up.

i have read on here about kneedle/knife procedure with bo shen at the Cleveland clinic

maybe read up on that?
