This could be due to dehydration. Especially in warm weather and when physically active, it is critical to drink plenty of fluids.
What's your output like? How much water are you drinking?
You could be dehydrated.
You could be dehydrated.
It's important to drink but also be aware too much water can also dehydrate you as it flushes all the nutrients out.
The first 10 days I was drinking a st marks solution.
You can make it yourself with water glucose, sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate.
It doesn't taste good but you can drink as much as you like and it will hydrate you

Allswell,
i have been getting 'white dots' and dizziness when I get up for most of my life...I just take it in stride. It is a sign to me that I need more water, juice, salt...the usual.
I pop a banana, orange or sip some lemonaide and it all goes away (most of the time). If you actually get so dizzy that you pass out, you fall down or it is impacting your life in a negative way I would have bloodwork done. Rule out the usual suspects, potassium, iron...there are a whole lot more.
It is worth having your GP do a full panel just in case.
Some of this is pouch related, some not but it needs attending.

If you're a bit dehydrated your blood pressure can drop when you stand up - it's called "orthostatic hypotension." It's most dangerous if you fall down and hit your head or break a bone. Consider the dizziness a warning sign and make sure you've got enough fluid on board.
Could be deyharation but it could also be a low hemoglobin. I was terribly anemic after my surgery.
my pee is clear and theres alot but I drank a little more. Ill mention it at my follow up on Mon. Just weird bc it s new. I also have had a few "ocular migraines" never had those before. week by week, week by week.
I was extremely dizzy upon standing for the first couple of months after both of my surgeries. It eventually got better and then stopped. I was drinking plenty of fluids but probably wasn't getting the best nutrients for the first months. I wasn't eating much and I'm a vegetarian so probably wasn't getting as much protein as I needed to heal properly. I would literally have to stop and grab a wall or something until the dizziness stopped, if I would have kept on moving - I would have passed out.
I hope your symptoms improve every day as you recover.

If your pee is clear and plentiful then it's not dehydration. I suggest being very careful when standing up, until you and your doctor figure this one out. I guess the ocular migraines could be connected, but I'm not sure how.
Had my follow up and they said more nutrients, fluid and to start lomotil. I guess I can eat quite a bit now so I am making two hard boiled eggs as we speak. Still having discharge from my butt, but no more spasms. I always have sensations down there, like I can feel my anus and when discharge comes out I fell it on one side but not the other. hmm well my scope is in three weeks.
