Hello All....
Can anyone tell me that when you go to the bathroom and empty what you mean by what I can tell by what some say they feel their pouch is empty?
I mean I go to the bathroom and try to feel like the pouch is empty but I cannot tell.
When I go I just go.
Weird question and hard to phrase a question around it but I hope someone understands me.
Richard.

First thing in the morning I find it takes more than "one session on the throne" to really empty my J-pouch. So, I just let things flow out of me naturally. Then, I get up and walk around a bit, making coffee, etc., and then sit back down on the toilet and the second and final session to take place. For me, this only happens in the a.m. The rest of the day is no problem for me. Depending upon what I eat and how much I eat, just one "go" at it works for me.....and not that often, either. I don't count anymore. I just know what, for me, is normal and don't worry about frequency. Being able to control when and where I "go" is the key to feeling normal...for me!
