I am almost two years with successful j pouch. The last 4 days I am having cramping in lower and upper belly. No female organs left, no gall bladder. Today the cramps hit horridly in low left and upper right. If I did not know better I would swear, "the baby is moving" but I know that not possible.
Could this be a blockage that is moving through small intestines? I have never had a blockage so this is new.
No appetite, less going, less urine. I have vomited 4-5 times also. I do not have a doctor right now, changes insurance and my colorectal moved to Israel. Going Monday for referral to colorectal again, 2 year follow up. If this is urgent tell me please. I can get to my hospital and be checked.
This pain shoots up to about a ten+ then goes away for awhile. But comes back in waves.
