My son has been having extremly cold and and feet? What can this be?

It can be related to circulation, although I suffer from the same thing and always have. I do not have circulation problems. If this is a new symptom, perhaps you should have him see his doctor.

Polar Vortex :-) I agree with Sue. It may be circulation issues. I always have very cold hands and feet though. My husband calls me a vampire.
Also, check for hypothyroidism and autoimmune disorders, like Raynaud's, which is very common in the general population.

A friend has Raynaud's. Very striking when the tips of her fingers turn white/blue. Does that happen? I'm cold all the time, too... especially in my extremities. Is he particularly thin?
Yup, Hands and feet...hubby says that my butt is made of ice too...
My feet get so cold that they burn and feel like blocks of ice...but I think that I have always been this way as far as I remember.
I was told by various very nonchalant doctors that it was a 'girl thing' and that I shouldn't worry about it. GRRRRRRrrrrrr!
No one has ever tried to explain it or offer treatment.
