I posted in here a few weeks ago and I tried all the suggestions people gave me, but none worked. My problem is that everytime i sleep i have leakage (quite a lot) and I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions? I have tried antibiotics and thickeners. Thanks.

Rectal meds like cortifoam always do the trick, at least for me.
Imodium?
Yes I have tried immodium and rectal meds. I have also tried a few antibiotics and also tried to eat thickening foods. Is there anything I could do which would wake me up when I need to go?
You are getting close to that one year mark when this nocturnal incontinence should be improving. I would suggest you look into anal manometry testing to see if you have permanent sphincter weakness/nerve damage. The fact that you are continent during the day is a good sign, but those sphincters naturally relax during sleep (for those with a rectum is to allow gas to escape during sleep).
Look at the meds you are taking and see if there is anything that might be deepening your sleep. I would think in this case, it is better to be a light sleeper and wake up when you feel urges. It's been 18 years for me, and I always do. But, I still get a good solid sleep because I just use the nightlight and try not to spend too much time in there. I am lucky (sort of?!) that I have a cat that wants out around 2-4 a.m. and I always empty when I am up for him. Maybe you should get a restless cat!

I've mentioned to my doctor about the muscles but he seems to be think it's something else. I just woke up after a 7 hour sleep without leakage for the first time in months! I had 4 Imodium before bed (even though I've tried that before)
The alarm always works, last meal of the day try to eat something thick last like peanut butter, don't eat at least 4 hours before bed, Immodium before bed and try not to take too much fluids at least an hour before bed and as a last result you can always result to female pads or adult diapers to eliminate the mess anyway... I thought I had a problem too with muscle sphincter damage and begged and pleaded with the Dr to check... So they did and I was 100% fine... It is a great sign that you don't leak in the day.. also while I'm thinking about something that helped a lot was increasing fiber... I actually do the citricul drink 2x a day (1 in the morning and 1 a few hours before bed) and that helped drastically! Good luck
The reason I chose citrucil was because it causes less gas then other fiber supplements. It thickens the output and I can normally sleep between 6-8 hours with my regime but of course if the pouch calls, we gotta listen and cooperate right? Have you thought about trying metamucil wafers? I tried these and they work as well.. A lil pricey (thats mainly why I stick to citrucil).
