Mostly yes,
Tiredness can come from dehydration, if you are not drinking enough liquids (not just water but juices and other liquids...coffee and alcohol don't count)...you also need to keep your salt level up (you might try coconut water or pedylite for electrlyte replacement)...if it is dehydration you should feel the difference very soon.
If it is anemia (low red blood count) then you may need to be on iron or iron infusions.
Those are the first two suggestions...the easiest to check.
If that doesn't help there are a lot of other possibilities but I would try those first.

Probably the worst and hardest part of my recovery process was being so tired all the time. It could be anemia which was my issue for several months after my takedown. I was so tired and lethargic that just pulling myself out of bed in the morning was a chore in itself. I would have to drag myself into the kitchen to force food down my throat and take my medicine before I could get a little bit of energy in me it was horrible. I had a home health nurse coming to my house and taking blood work and I started off with only half the red blood count of what I should have been and also iron defficient. They had me on iron supplements (ferrous sulfate) and finally after a few months I got back to where I was supposed to be. I would recommend seeing a hematologist they will check you for anything and everything you could think of. I am now almost 7 months post takedown and I look back on those days and am extremely happy they are over. I definitely do not have all the energy that I used to have and sometimes realize when I'm going all day like I used to. Don't feel bad if you have to take time to rest after doing things or nap if you have to. Its good to push yourself but don't push it too hard. Good Luck.
