I'm just curious how long you waited after having j-pouch surgery (takedown) to try to get pregnant? I will ask my surgeon when I see him before takedown, it's scheduled for October 9. I would like to see what others' experiences were.

My husband and I have a 2 year old daughter and are hoping we will be able to have more children even know there is an increased risk of fertility.
