Could be directly pouchitis related, or it could be inflammatory arthritis, related to ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Enteropathic arthritis is a spondyloarthropathy related to AS. If your pain is mostly in the upper buttocks, that is sacroiliac pain, and a hallmark of spondyloarthritis. But, you need this pain to persist for 3 months or more to be considered this disease. But, it wouldn't hurt to study up on this, in case this continues.

I get tail bone pain too, ever since I had a presacral abscess following surgery. But, your inflamed pouch could be irritating your tailbone too.
