Check your spam filter file. They probably went there.

Somewhere along the line my email alerts for PMs got turned off. I'm 90% sure I didn't do it myself, maybe a setting got switched across the board? If you go into your PMs screen there's an option to turn notifications to email back on.

You are right! I noticed that my PM notifications were off also. Must have been part of some update or something. I guess I didn't notice because I come her often enough to see the PM alert at the top of the forums.

Mine was also shut off, and thank you to the thread starter for starting this thread and alerting me to the problem. There were PMs sitting in my mailbox since June 30 which were not responded to because I was not notified of them. The problem happened some time between June 23 and June 30, based on June 23 being the last PM of which I had email notice. Someone then shut off my PM box's automatic notification by email without my permission. Anyway, I am now once again on automatic notification by email, so if anyone sends me a PM I should respond in a reasonably timely fashion.

I also do not see the PM alert on the top of forums because I am bookmarked to bypass that page and go right into forums in my favorite places bookmarks.

So sorry to everyone whose PMs I did not read from June 30 until yesterday.

Yes, CT. The last PM notification I got was June 26. Not sure if there is a correlation, but that was also the date that our resident troublemaker last registered (with three different screen name registrations). This site has been hacked before.

I will send an email to Bill J to alert him to the issue. It is out of my level.
