So stress seems to be my main trigger for pouchitis. I do feel better eating the right things(nothing processed, no gluten). But the second the stress hits. I get the drop me to my knees pain. And killer burning back, starting in my lower back and works its way up till im almsot in tears. Im no wuss! I would imagine none of us really are. Kinda impossible to get through if you are. But is this a highly common trigger? And the burning back, does anyone else have that? I do yoga and my job is extremly physical. Im in great shape other than my UC related problems. And there are alot of those.

life, its not anything extra. Or even if there is something extra stressful going. I get the same sick and it comes on fast. I get just as sick paying my bills as i did when I was taking care of my husband while he battled melanoma. I do yoga. The breathing excersises. Everything I can do to keep myself calm and focused. But as soon as i get uhg feeling BAM! it hits me. And this isnt new. Its been going on for years. Doctors dont really have alot of answers. Alot of maybe its this maybe its that. Yadda Yadda Yadda
