I had pouchitis about 2 months ago. Now I am experiencing bleeding and the bulkier the stool the more hurt coming through. I just talked to the Dr. This evening and he suggested cortisone foam for 10 days. Anyone out there ever use this and did it help.

I haven't used it but have a suggestion. I've tried making my stool softer, cutting back on Metamucil and Imodium, and found it felt better coming through softer. The doctor knows more than I do, just a thought from me.
