So Coco has a $100 off deal until tomorrow. For those of you that have bidets what would be your concerns with this one? I've got about 30 hours to decide. I guess my first concern would be how long the battery life is, is it replaceable, and why do you need water filters for your butt?

I have the hybrid model and love it. Not having to run an electrical line simplifies the installation. The battery questions are best answered by contacting COCO direct, you will find them extremely helpful and easy to work with. I've had mine going on two years and I have had no problems.

I've assumed that electricity was required. My husband read the installation instructions and said we couldn't install one because of that.
I've been using a $50 sprayer he installed from a kit I bought on line. I'm going to check this sale out!
Thanks

I went ahead and ordered one. It will probably pay for itself in 1-2 months the way I'm going through TP and moist wipes.
Did you find out how long the battery life was?
Also why do we need filtered H2O for our butts
I'm still trying to figure out if it's that much better than my awesome sprayer. vv

Toughenough - I could be wrong but I thought the filtering was for the 'works' not for our tush. To prevent mineral build-up.

I hear you Kathy...I thought it was a cute post when gleem started this thread.
Received and installed!
First impressions, very easy installation, the box had everything I needed for the install except for a pair of pliers.
HOLY COW! Who pointed a pressure washer at my rear end?! I think this is going to take some time getting used to. I am initially regretting not getting the version that warms the water but I live in South Florida, it can't be that bad in the Winter? LOL

The battery is replaceable and although it sits in a proprietary housing you can just replace it with a regular Lithium-Ion battery found on ebay for less than $10 if it were to die.
This unit does not have a filter, it has a mesh screen that may become clogged over time but easily cleaned out.
The toilet seat is odd and I'm not 100% keen on the way it positions us men further toward the front of the toilet.
Again, this is my first impressions. More info later. =)
