I will start Cimzia injections soon by a nurse. As some of you already know from previous posts I had j-pouch removed in June plus a surgery for a kink and gallbladder removal. They found Chrons in pouch and a segment above pouch even though all previous scopes for 7 years showed UC with the chronic pouchitis.

What advice can anyone give me about this drug or similar ones. Do I have to be hyper-vigilant regarding germs? I have not gone back to work yet but I work with the public especially lots for kids.
