Never heard of it Berthie,
But I would be very careful (and get my doctor's approval prior to trying any diet that has me fasting for 48hrs or more)...are you allowed fluids? Which ones? Is there sufficient hydration in the diet? What about vits and minerals?? Electrolytes?
I just believe that you need to be very careful of any diet that could put your pouch/health in danger...if your doc green lights it then let us know.

So here is my concern about it:

This is a diet designed for folks with a colon. While I doubt it is dangerous, you WILL have plenty of diarrhea, so I don't see why you'd want to subject yourself to it unless you were planning on being scoped or something. The "detox" claim is nonsense.

The ingredients are pretty much just fruit juices, known to cause diarrhea if that is all you consume. There is zero protein in this stuff, all carbs for calories. What is the sense in that?

If your goal is to reset to a "baseline" to begin an elimination diet, so that you can determine food intolerances, you are better off just limiting your intake to water and a liquid supplement, such as Ensure, for a few days. No need for a "Miracle Diet."
